Even when I was Pro-Life (because I was Pro-Life for a time in high school, haha), I never wanted abortion to be made illegal because women would still get it done and in the most horrible horrifying unsafe ways. Consider it a lesser of two evils, if it bothers you that much.

(Similar to how banning gay marriage wouldn't get rid of gay people.)
